COVID-19 Safety Measures

The COVID-19 virus has forced upon all of us a new way of life. We are here to adapt and move forward with new measures to continue to serve you while making sure your health is kept as safe as possible. The health and safety of our clients and employees is our highest priority. We are continuing to monitor the latest news regarding COVID-19 and following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) recommendations.

We understand that our business is predicated on people letting us into their homes and allowing us to touch their frequently-used technology in order to effectively provide high-quality service. For the foreseeable future, we are increasing remote appointments and repairs via drop-off.  Fortunately, most requests for tutoring, lessons, organization, troubleshooting, and more can be handled via remote connection and screen share. Just give us a call or get in touch if you are in need of any assistance, and we'll make it work. On-site appointments continue as usual, following all up-to-date special health requirements.

We will remain available during our normal business hours and have made available some new special hours as well, just ask. To remain open and continue to ensure the safety of your devices, we have implemented the following safety measures:

Our staff practices good hygiene by washing hands and faces before and after all appointments.

All devices are sanitized upon drop off and before being returned to the customer.

Devices will be kept separate from other devices.

Our staff will wear face masks and gloves while in your home or office.

Additionally, we are instructing our staff to remain home if they have any symptoms of illness and ask that our clients utilize the same level of caution. If you feel sick or uncomfortable, please let us know as soon as you can. As the situation evolves, we will continue to take the actions necessary to protect our community. Our thoughts are with those that have been affected.
