Mac Doctor Zoom & Facetime Video Support Appointments Now Available!

You’ve asked for it and we’ve heard you! Mac Doctor is excited to now offer Zoom and FaceTime video appointments as another way to get you help.
So many of us are living our lives online and, while we miss seeing you in person, at least we can see you! Sometimes phone calls and screen sharing just isn’t enough. We always work more effectively when we can see each others smiles, frustrations, and realizations.
No worries, we still prefer to meet with you in person. But, when that isn’t prudent or comfortable for you during these interesting times, we think a virtual appointment will allow for an alternative excellent experience.
If you’d like to interact with us via Zoom to solve your Mac problems, or even to help with Zoom or FaceTime tips and tricks, you can now sign up for virtual appointments. Zoom/Facetime support has a half-hour minimum. Remote screen sharing, phone, and email help is still here for you as well. Just pick your preference!
